| | Tóm tắt/chú giải | This thesis aims to define and analyze the ethics and ethical problems, currently and potentially, in the development and deployment of AI in an effort to contextualize the theoretical and practical situation of AI ethics. In addition, the study evaluates the existing laws and regulations on AI to determine the ethical standards and their significance in society and AI development and application. Through the research, the ultimate objective is to compare the socio-legal situations of these legislations to that of Vietnam and propose some recommendations for the construction and development of a legal framework in Vietnam to govern the operation of AI and address its ethical concerns
